OssKin has patented a unique Asymmotion™ hinge system. It follows the natural 3D kinematic movement of the knee, including the combined sagittal and frontal plane motions needed for the “screw home” mechanism, while protecting it and preventing it from excessive rotation.

It perfectly mimics this movement on both sides, preventing the ankle, hip, and other joints from compensating.
